FAQ

Every single gemstone sold by Ceylora Sapphire is 100% natural and earth-mined. We do not deal in lab-grown, synthetic, glass-filled, or composite stones.
Yes, absolutely. In accordance with strict international gemological standards, we clearly state the treatment status of every gemstone. If a stone is completely natural and unheated/untreated, it will be prominently highlighted. If a stone has undergone standard thermal heating (a universally accepted trade practice), it will be fully disclosed in the listing.
Yes. Because we are based directly in Sri Lanka, we have immediate access to world-class independent gemological laboratories (such as GIC, CGJ, or NGS). Many of our high-value stones already come with certificates. If a stone is uncertified and you require a report before shipping, please contact us before ordering to arrange a local lab certificate for a small additional fee.
Yes, we securely ship our gemstones to collectors and jewelry designers worldwide, including the United States, Europe, Canada, Australia, and Asia.
All orders are packaged securely and dispatched directly from our offices in Sri Lanka, right at the source of the gemstone supply chain.
International buyers are entirely responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or VAT levied by their home country's customs department. We recommend checking your local government’s import thresholds for loose gemstones before purchasing.
Can I return a gemstone if I change my mind? We want you to love your gemstone in person. We offer a hassle-free [Insert Window, e.g., 7 or 14-day] inspection period starting from the day your tracking number marks the package as delivered. If the stone does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price.
To qualify for a refund, the gemstone must be returned in its exact original, unaltered condition. We cannot accept returns if the stone has been scratched, chipped, recut, or set into jewelry. Return shipping with full tracking and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer.
Can you source a specific gemstone for me? Yes! If you are looking for a specific carat weight, color hue (such as a rare Padparadscha or a specific Cornflower Blue), or a unique cut, please send us a message. Being on the ground in Sri Lanka allows us to source loose gemstones directly from our trusted network of local cutters and miners to match your exact specifications.
