Welcome to Ceylora Sapphire. By browsing this website and purchasing from our eCrater store, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of sale.

1. Product Authenticity & Disclosures
Natural Origin: Ceylora Sapphire guarantees that all gemstones listed as "Natural" are earth-mined gems sourced from Sri Lanka and other reputable origins.

Treatment Disclosure: In compliance with international gem trade standards, any and all gemstone treatments (such as standard heat treatment) will be clearly disclosed in the item description. If a stone is completely untreated/unheated, it will be explicitly stated.

Photography & Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, cuts, and inclusions of our gemstones accurately using high-definition macro photography under natural lighting. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your computer monitor, smartphone screen, or local lighting environments.

2. Payments & Pricing
Currency: All prices listed in our store are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods: We accept secure payments processed through eCrater’s approved payment gateways (including PayPal and major Credit Cards).

Price Modifications: Ceylora Sapphire reserves the right to adjust gemstone prices at any time due to market fluctuations in the gemstone trade.

3. International Shipping, Customs & Duties
Handling Time: Orders are securely packed and dispatched from Sri Lanka within [Insert number, e.g., 2-4] business days after cleared payment.

Customs and Import Taxes: Buyers are entirely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT levied by their respective destination countries. Ceylora Sapphire is not responsible for delays, holds, or fees imposed by international customs offices.

Shipping Safety: All shipments are sent via registered, trackable courier services. Once a package is handed over to the postal/courier authorities and a tracking number is issued, the carrier assumes liability for transit times.

4. Returns, Refunds & Inspection Period

5. Third-Party Gemological Certification
Our listings offer options for independent lab certification from reputable Sri Lankan gemological laboratories (e.g., GIC, CGJ, NGS).

If a buyer chooses to independently certify an uncertified stone after purchase, Ceylora Sapphire will only honor returns or disputes if the stone is certified by a universally recognized global laboratory (such as GIA, IGI, or GRS) and found to mismatch our declared description.

6. Limitation of Liability
Ceylora Sapphire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, handling, setting, or use of our gemstones.
